He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Cockerham and Shirley Cockerham (Hamm); his brother David Cockerham; his wife Roxie Cockerham; his children, Lena McElvogue (Roy) of Des Moines, Iowa, Cyndi Basham of Leon, Iowa, Mindy Lane-Bloch of Des Moines, Iowa, Trisha Jones of Merriam Woods, Missouri, Bobby Basham (Teresa) of Des Moines, Iowa, Shiela Rice (Greg) of Churdan, Iowa and Missy Todd (Matthew) of Newton, Iowa.; and his siblings, Cheryle Sedar of Osceola, Iowa and Donald Cockerham of Texas. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren.
