He is survived by: his former wife Josephine Peggy Ann Behrle; his wife Peggy Ann Mosier; his children, Kenneth Mosier (Monica) of Galena, MO, Teresa Ann Upshaw (Larry) of Paducah, KY and Kristine Upton (Todd Schultz) of Decatur, IL.; and his sisters, Virgene and Joan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
