She is survived by: her parents, Ronnie Perkins and Karen Perkins (Dunnegan); her children, Alexander Toll of Killeen, Texas and Bryana Blackwell of Springfield Missouri; and her stepson Tim Blackwell of Salem. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and other caring relatives.
