He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Kristina Dyer of Ozark, Rick Shortt (Hanna) of Springfield and Daniel Shortt of Ozark; his grandchildren, Elias Shortt and Jacob Dyer; and his siblings, Frieda Aday of Springfield, Marjorie Gardner of Joplin, Phyllis Pettit (Tom) of Sparta, David Shortt (Linda) of Battlefield and Chester Shortt (Cathy) of Galena. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
