He is survived by : his wife Laura Phillips; his children, Danny Sanders, Jennifer Frost (Harold), Michael Phillips (Lorie), Matt Mathes (Marissa), Stephen Mathes and Micheal Mathes; his grandchildren, Bradley, Lexie, Cameron, Austin, William, Haley, Olivia, Justin, Tristen, Ellie, Emerson, Aubrey and Greyson; and his cousin Gary Rubidoux.
