She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Powell and Nina Powell; and her sister Jacqulin Powell. She is survived by: her sons, Richard J. Maziarka III (Kasey) of New London and Matt R. Maziarka of Palmyra, Missouri.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
