He was predeceased by : his parents, William Winford and Hilda Berniece Ross (Mitchell); his great grandchild Marshall Baumer; and his siblings, Lena Lucy, Patricia Kupke, Clara Moses, Linda Ross, Wayne, James, Lemme and Norris "Dickie" Ross.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara Ross (Johnson); his sons, Thomas, Brigham and Benjamin Ross; his granddaughter Brittany Wiles; his great grandchildren, Gavin Wiles, Spencer Baumer and Dallas Wiles; and his sisters, Marilyn Rawson and Bonnie Skaggs.
