We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2021, at the age of 61, Cecelia Roseane Carter (Peculiar, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mark Landers, George Watkins, Francis "Frank" Couch, Joe Carter Jr. and Renata Hochstetler.
She is survived by: her wife Nancy Baxter; her stepson James D. Baxter; her siblings, Joseph Landers (Sharon), Harry "Buddy" Burt, Alice Redding (Tim), Dorothy Myers (Dennis), Mary Ann Burt and Maxine Moore (Bruce); and her pets, Junior, Tarak and Sonny. She is also survived by many many nieces and nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.
Cecelia requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be given to the City Union Mission Camp CUMCITO where she fell in love with nature and met her God as a child.
