It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Roper in Peculiar, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Roper and Jennie Roper; and his brothers, Richard and Larry Roper. He is survived by: his wife Louella West-Roper; his son Rick Roper; his brother Ronnie Roper (Marta); his grandchildren, Erica Roper, Tabatha Hyer and Patrick Brown (Alli); Charlie.
