He is survived by: his wife Gayle Lee Welborn; his children, Jeanette Steadman of Grandview, MO, Susan England and Jerry Harper, Jr. of Kansas City, MO; his stepsons, Don Laffoon of Raymore, MO and Ron Laffoon of Platte City, MO; and his siblings, Donald Harper of Branson, MO, Jim Harper and Vicki Coleman of Raymore, MO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
