He was predeceased by: his brother John Philip Harper. He is survived by: his parents, Don Harper and Sheryl Harper; his stepson Zach Humphrey (Katherine); and his siblings, Don Harper, Jr. (Julie), Tim Harper (Janet), Jonalin Witt (Larry) and Sherri Catron. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
