She was predeceased by: her husband Cloyse Herwegh; her daughter Lisa Hoorfar; and her grandson Tristin Fairbanks. She is survived by: her daughter Mandy Fairbanks (Clyde Fairbanks Jr.); her grandchildren, Griffin Fairbanks, Camron Hoorfar, Cyrus Hoorfar and Lorelei Fairbanks; and her great grandchildren, Arik Hoorfar and Arsen Hoorfar.
