With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Abernathy of Perryville, Missouri, who passed away on January 31, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Abernathy and Mary Abernathy (Cox); and his siblings, Arlous, Ivan, Wallace, Paul Abernathy, Virgie Parrott, Velma Settlemoir and Alice Rubel.

He is survived by : his children, Steven Abernathy of Perryville and Daisy Vance (Daniel) of Jefferson City; his granddaughters, Rachel Sparlin (Josh) of Mission and Natalie Vance of Columbia; and his great grandchildren, Jace and Coraline Sparlin.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church or Crown Hospice.
