He was predeceased by : his parents, Yvonne Odom (Kepley) and Teddy Dale. He is survived by : his brothers, Bob Dale, Mike Dale (Darleen) and Jeff Dale (Shila); his nieces, Ashley, Jessica, Chelsei, Khyla, Jad and Kyndal Dale; and his nephew Adam Dale.

The family does request any memorials be made to the Wounded Warriors Foundation in his name.
