He was predeceased by : his parents, Charley Elwood and Mary Hazel Marler (Elledge); and his brother Louie Marler. He is survived by : his wife Mary Ann Marler; his sons, Scott Marler of Navarre, Kevin Marler of Annapolis and Kent Marler (Denise) of Fredericktown, Missouri; his siblings, Perry Marler (Sandy) of Sapulpa, Oklahoma and Linda Watson (David) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Ethan, Connor Marler, Mackenzie Marler and Gracie Stair.
In lieu of flowers the family ask to make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to Shirners Hospital in Lonnie's name.
