She is survived by : her mother Barbara; her husband Billie McCollum of Pevely; her father Roy Lee Thomas, Jr.; her children, Layla Schales and Kegen Chase Schales; her brothers, Christopher Thomas of Pevely, Pevely Huskey of Pevely, Jessie Huskey of Pevely and Larry Bellah of Pevely; and also, Horseshoe Bend and Horsehoe Bend.
