He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Leonard Haverly and Merrita Valdora Haverly (Malone). He is survived by: his spouse Beverley Miller; his children, Kevin Haverly (Paula) of Monett, Missouri, Cara Logal (Jay) of Webb City, Missouri, Brian Haverly of Webb City and Ellen Biesemeyer (Chris) of Jasper; his grandchildren, Branden Haverly, April Haselwood, Erica Logal, Courtney Rhoades, Katrina Logal, Michael Logal, Alysa Haverly, Nicole Haverly, Kurtis Biesemeyer and Adam Haverly; and his brother Jackson Haverly of Dunedin, Florida.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
