He is survived by : his wife Paula Cantrell (Lay); his children, Julie Ann Parrish, Clifton Micah Cantrell (Kayla), Caylen Mae Cantrell and Caleb Dean Cantrell (Erica); his grandchildren, Andrew, Austin Parrish, Aubrey, Ailee and Audie Cantrell; his great grandchild Landon Parrish; his sister Judy Cantrell Ryan; and his uncle Bernard Crewse (Faye).
