She was predeceased by : her parents, William Gilmore and Mary Ruth Hornbeck (Hodge). She is survived by : her children, Sherry Fogal (Michael), Lisa Werline (Bill), Tammy Berry (Greg Yount) and David Cox (Melissa); and her siblings, Rene Baber (John) and Walt Hornbeck. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Platte City United Methodist Church.
