She is survived by: her husband Marvin Lee Cook; her daughters, Stephanie Garrett of Olathe, KS and Trisha Vassmer (Nick) of Excelsior Springs, MO; her siblings, Jim Riley of Maryville, MO, Joan Wilson (Dale) of Sand Springs, OK and Theresa Riley of Maryville, MO; and her grandchildren, Peyton, Rylee, Allie and Maddie.
