It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Vance of Platte City, Missouri, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, David Ray Vance and Helen Josephine Vance (Bentz); and his brother Robert Vance (Bob). He is survived by : his wife Rose Marie Green; his sister Linda Cavanaugh; and his son David Vance-McCarty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
