He was predeceased by : his parents, Graydon Orla and Dorothy Hoagland (Allen); and his siblings, Darlene Carey, Ray Hoagland and Garry Matthews.
He is survived by : his wife Janet Hoagland; his children, James Hoagland (Trisha) of Apache Junction, AZ and Dawn Hadjian of Florence, AZ.; and his stepson David Provins of Ipswich England. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
