She is survived by: her husband Louis Clifford McCarty; her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Vickie McCarty of Pleasant Hill; her daughter Tricia; her son-in-law Doug Lansdale of Independence; and her grandsons, Bryon Gillespie of Grain Valley, John Berry (Amy) of Pleasant Hill and Jeremy Berry of Pleasant Hill. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; her brother.
