He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Winfrey and Dorothy M. Winfrey (Odle); and his siblings, Jack Winfrey and April Winfrey. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Ann Loveall; his children, Kris Winfrey of Pleasant Hill, Donald Winfrey of St. Joseph, Rhoda Tucker of Pleasant Hill and Eugenia Morales (Juan) of Mayview, Missouri; his adoptive son Bruce Brandenburg of Leavenworth; and his siblings, James Winfrey, Arthur Winfrey (Phyllis) of Kansas City, Norman Winfrey (Vickie) of Minnesota, Robert Winfrey of Strasburg, Larry Winfrey of Pleasant Hill, Richard Winfrey of Blue Springs, Cheryl Wilson of Peculiar, Debbie Cleghorn (Al) of Independence, Cindy Best of Independence and Nancy Dugan (John) of Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
