He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson L. Shifflett and Annabelle Shifflett (Patterson); his wife Betty Sue Huff; and his brother Robert Pollard. He is survived by: his close friend Charlie Clark; his children, Stephen E. Shifflett (Jodie) of Pleasant Hill, Dana K. Hutchinson (Rick) of Orlando and Lisa R. Breckenridge (Micah) of King City; his grandchildren, Calvin Hutchinson, Paige Wester (Emmett), Brooke Shifflett, Jordan Eiberger (Caleb), Devin Breckenridge and Collin Breckenridge; and his sisters, Nell Sweeney of Olathe and Dorothy Carras of Whittier, California. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Pleasant Hill Lay-Clergy Love Fund or the King City Ministerial Alliance and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
