He was predeceased by: his parents, Lale R. "Randy" Steele and Rosalie Ann Steele (Mullen). He is survived by: his wife Lola Gene Douty; his children, Angel Larissa of Baytown, Texas and Timothy Wayne Steele; his brother Allen Steele (Sheryl) of Adrian, Missouri; his half-brother Terry Mullen (Susan) of Bolivar, Missouri; his sister Marcella Ruehter (John) of Omaha, Nebraska; and his grandson Trystan Juth of Brighton, Colorado. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
