He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Silver and Emma Louise Moore (Rufenacht); and his siblings, James Moore, Dale Moore, Juanita Hills and Barbara Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Worthington (Hallisey); his children, Don Worthington (Bonnie) of Overland Park, Karen LaVance of Highspring, Stephen Worthington (Diana) of Raytown, Michael Moore of Greenville and Steve Moore of Independence, Missouri; and his brothers, Paul Moore (Maryann Ellis) of Casa Grande and Robert Moore of Independence. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
