He is survived by: his wife Sharon Marie Atkinson of Pleasant Hill; his sons, Russell (Kim Neill) and Jamie (Mandy Neill); his grandchildren, Amber Pemberton of Holden, Phillip Pemberton (Amanda) of Holden, Tyler Neill Fisher (Heather) of Independence, Jacob Mitchell of Pleasant Hill, Josie Crane (Sean) of Covington, Morgan Pemberton (Hailey) of Holden, Dakota Neill (Shelby) of Holden, Colton Neill (Madolyn) of Springfield, Charlene Neill of Holden and Josh Neill of Holden; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Pemberton, Alex Hall of Odessa, Peyton Pemberton, Jared Pemberton, Axel Pemberton, Harper Pemberton, Carter Lairson, Jonah Neill, Hazel Neill, Sophie Pemberton and Mackenzie Pemberton; and his brothers, Bobby Neill of Pleasant Hill, Donnie Neill of Pleasant Hill and Jerry Neill of Pleasant Hill. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
