It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Hope Gentry (Pleasant Hill, Missouri), who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence A. Bockenstette and Fannie M. Bockenstette (Preston); her husband Lawrence; her grandson Troy Dinges; and her sister Zelma Burris.
She is survived by: her son John; her daughter-in-law Judith Gentry of Pleasant Hill; her daughter Mary Elliott (Jaime Brass) of Flemington, Missouri; her grandchildren, Megan Rallis (Jeff) of Ozark and Ronnie Hayes (Erika) of Kansas City; her great grandchildren, Maddox Rallis of Ozark and Jordan Hayes; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jessica Clarke and Joey Langley. She is also survived by other relative and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Disabled American Veterans (D.A.V.) and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
