He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Sr. Woodard and Peggy A. Woodard (Sharp). He is survived by: his daughter Kayla; his son-in-law Jesten Jepsen of Lee's Summit; his grandson Ezra Jepsen; his son Cody; his daughter-in-law Alyssa Woodard of Springfield, Missouri; and his sisters, Cathy Creel, Ruth Johnson and Pam Connelly of Columbia, Tennessee. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
