She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie William Bartlett and Inez Christene Bartlett (Armer); her siblings, Dewayne Bartlett and Doris Jewett; her siblings-in-law, Fred Jewett and Connie Kilgore; her niece Peggy Eddings; and her stepdaughter Tracey Dallas.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond; her sons, David Collins (Desi) of Lee's Summit and Doug Collins of Greenwood, Missouri; her stepson Greg Haile of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; her siblings, Kathy McCauley (Gene) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and Devoe Woodworth (Linda) of Harrison, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Tim Collins (Andrea), Corey Collins (Sarah), Chelsea Collins and Lexi Collins; and her great grandchildren, Alivia, Colton, Cooper, Kali and Avery. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
