He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse and Mabel Brown Branstatter; his siblings, Ervin Dale Branstetter and Evelyn Branstetter Gregory; and his niece Beverly.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Kapp Branstetter; his children, James, Flagstaff, Neal Branstetter (Melinda), Grain Valley and Sally Snyder; his stepchildren, Matt Vaughan, Blue Springs and Karen Vaughan Edthridge; Joan Armor.
