He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rinehart and Dorothy Rinehart; and his brothers, David Rinehart and Leonard Rinehart. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Kathleen Rinehart (Jeffers); his children, Daniel James Rinehart, Anita Christine Gilliland and Crystal Marie Schnarr; his stepchildren, Bryan Wilson, Belinda Lemon and Teresa Fox; and his siblings, Joyce Mayhew and Jerry Rinehart.
