She was predeceased by: her husband Wilber Carl Peterman; her parents, Luther Clark Owen and Fannie Lona Swinson Owen; and her sisters, Mary Lucile Citlau, Lois Ann and Helen Loreane.

She is survived by: her children, Carl, Darold (Janice), Warren (Pauline), LaVonne (John), Doris (Marty) and Cynthia (Richard); and her sister Darlene Wilson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
