He is survived by: his wife Janice Louise Palmer (Rosanbalm) of Pleasant Hill; his children, Lauri Koetting of Pleasant Hill, Chris Tuttle of Austin, Glenda Alexander (Brent) of Pleasant Hill, Mark Palmer (Danna) of Pleasant Hill and Lisa Layton (Michael) of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, John Koetting, Jr., Alexandria Plummer (Charles), Savanna Pike (Nico), Tyler Repp (Racheal), Makenzie Layton, Gracie Layton, Emily Layton, Daniel Palmer, Miley Layton, Layla Palmer, Michael Layton, Brinley Layton and Everly Layton; his great grandchildren, Justus Koetting, Jace Koetting, Leighton Plummer, Ryleigh Plummer, Kinsley Pike, Shane Repp and Rylee Pike; and his sisters, Janet Ray of Pleasant Hill, Kathy Spencer (Jim) of Peculiar, Kay English of Peculiar, Lee Ann Abney (Don) of Pleasant Hill and Marion Williams (Matt). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
