He is survived by: his wife Charlene Kay Givens (Gulley); his daughters, Cailin Tolbert (Clifford) of Lee's Summit and Cristin Walton (Chapin) of Grain Valley, Missouri; his siblings, Ron Emmett Givens (Sara) of Indiana, Frances Collison of West Plains and Johnna DeVeaux of Union, Missouri; and his grandson Dylan Givens. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
