She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ellen Coburn (Turner); her husband Wren Johnson; her daughter Patty Sue Johnson; her father William D. Coburn; her siblings, Bill Coburn, Leroy Coburn and Betty Ruth Hillhouse; and her grandchildren, Mendy Ritter and Larry Dowse.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Johnson (Maggie) of Overland Park, Dennis Johnson (Maria) of Kansas City, Missouri and Gilbert Johnson of Kansas City, Missouri; her brother Frank Coburn (Bertha) of Strasburg, Colorado; her granddaughters, Krystal Perez (Charlie) of Lenexa and Kathryn DeCastro (Jeremy) of Overland Park, Kansas; her granddaughter-in-law Cathy Dowse-Baker of Adrian, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Blake Perez, Savanna Perez, Monica Herren, Addie Dowse and Dale Dowse. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
