He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Paul Barbarick and Pauline Barbarick (Hader); and his sister Veronica Barbarick. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Barbarick; his sons, Brett Barbarick (Stacey), Cory Munson (Jason) and Travis Barbarick (Ariel); his stepchildren, Dustin Agnelli and Jessica Agnelli-Krawczyk (Thad); his grandchildren, Brock Barbarick, Sydney Barbarick, Liam Munson, Collin Munson, Jack Barbarick, Beau Barbarick, Ainsley Krawczyk and Jianni Amin Agnelli; and his nephew Jake Butler.
