He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland H. Martin and Sarah A. Martin (Burdick); and his siblings, Robert, James, Lewis "Toots", Thomas "Tom", Jerry, Donald "Dick", Wayne, Betty, Bessie and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta of Addington Place; his stepdaughter Julia Patterson-Johnson of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, Dr. Zachary A., Sarah R., Lundeen of Topeka and Chase B. Johnson of Pleasant Hill; his great grandchildren, Aliceyn M. Patterson, Benson A. Patterson, Cade D. Patterson and Elijah J. Lundeen; and his sister Mary Sherman of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
