She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Leonard and Bessie Lee Forrest (Thomas); her husband Raymond Rolla Mutchler; and her grandchildren, Derick Clapp and Deineira Clapp.
She is survived by: her children, Lela Myers (Paul) of Lee's Summit, Barbara Clapp of Pleasant Hill and Daniel Pritchett (Margie) of San Jose, California; and her grandchildren, Matthew Myers of Olathe, Lucas Myers of Lake, Jared Clapp of Pleasant Hill, Brianna Pritchett of San Jose and Carly Pritchett of San Jose. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
