He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Fleener and Nona Fleener; his daughter Billie Jean Fleener; his grandson Dakota Jackson; and his brother Carl Fleener.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kathy" Fleener (Hooper); his children, William "Bill" Fleener, James Swofford, Melinda Stodgell of Kansas City, Crystal Fleener of Harrisonville, Rhonda Jackson (David) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and Angela Lees (Scott) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; and his sisters, Linda Lee Fleener of Centerview and Sharon Kay Fleener of Arkansas. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, other relatives and many, many friends.
