He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Irwin (Smith); his children, Michelle Milbrodt (Paul) of Neenah, Wisconsin and William "Bill" Irwin, II (Sally) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Wesley Irwin, Laura Irwin and Brayden Milbrodt.
