It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Phillips (Poplar Bluff, Missouri), who passed away on December 20, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Phillips and Lillian Irene Phillips (Short); and his siblings, Violet Glas and Lester Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Ella Phillips; his children, Melanie J. Shipman (Tim) and Terry Phillips (Jessica); his grandchildren, Celesta Shipman, Amanda Shipman, Timmy Shipman, Dylan Powell, Sierra Phillips and Brandon Phillips; and his siblings, Frieda Wuesthoff Fern Maclin and Johnny Phillips.
