It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Archileus Tomerlin of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, born in Broseley, Missouri, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Tomerlin and Audria Tomerlin; his daughter Jana Rappe; and his siblings, Bill, Ben, Leroy, Gene Tomerlin and Alice Pearlman.
He is survived by: his wife Berniece Layton; his sons, Jerry Tomerlin (Sara) of Ozark, MO and Kent Tomerlin (Candace) of Poplar Bluff; his son-in-law Bill Rappe; and his grandchildren, Lorna Hill, William, Chris Rappe, Michelle Taurone and Tyler Tomerlin. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
