He is survived by: his mother Marie Payne of Malden, MO; and his siblings, Catherine Carter of Malden, Martha Taylor (Kevin) of Malden, Tarnesie Wade (Floyd Jr) of Malden and Anthony James Carter of Poplar Bluff, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
