He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Chuck Powell; his children, Billy Powell and Jessica Powell; his grandchildren, Londyn Powell and Parker Crook; his mother Diane Powell; his grandmother Bernice Childress; his brother John Powell; and his former spouse Robin Powell.
