He was predeceased by: his parents, Vard Phelps and Lula Phelps (Cobb); and his son Calvin Phelps. He is survived by: his daughters, Mona Saylors (John) and Debbie Phelps; his grandchildren, Corey Saylors, Cynthia Barlow (Kirk) and Ashley Saylors (Keith Seib); his great grandchildren, Adam, Drew, Chelsea, Ethan, Cole Saylors, Joshua Grubb, Landon and Loghan Stewart; and his siblings, Margaret, Rita, Joanie and Racil Phelps.
