She was predeceased by: her parents, James Omar and Ester Caroline Belt (Hicks); her spouse Dale Kenneth Shelton; and her brother Truman Belt. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Baker of Sacramento, CA, Dalea Doherty (William) of O'Fallon, MO and Darla Shelton of Poplar Bluff, MO; her brothers, Leonard Belt of Poplar Bluff, MO and Charles Belt (Carol) of Poplar Bluff, MO; her grandchildren, Holly Wroblicky of Sacramento, CA, Erin Doherty of Troy, MO and Amanda Ray of Poplar Bluff, MO; and her great grandchildren, Brendan Lewis and Gabriel Wroblicky. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
