He is survived by: his parents, Wilborn Stout and Dorothy Stout Moore (Gower); his wife Karen Stout (Andrews); his daughters, Amber Andrews and Dawn Andrews; his sisters, Sheila Smith (Cevis) and Valarie Kiefer (Dan); his grandchildren, Blace Strader and Mila; and his siblings, David Stout, Nathan Stout and Shirley Larmie.
