Debra Lyn Bell Obituary
Debra Lyn Bell, 63, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away, July 3, 2019 in Poplar Bluff Regional hospital. She was born March 4, 1956, at St. Louis, Missouri to David Gene Stratton ad Rachel Pearl Bennett. She enjoyed playing bingo, and country music. She was of the Baptist faith. Debra is survived by; two daughters; Angie Duncan and husband Bobby Duncan of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Dawn Shelley and fiance' Jay Duncan of Hillsboro, Missouri.
One sister; Bonnie Foster of Poplar Bluff, Missouri as well as two brothers; Donnie Stratton of Qulin, Missouri and Bryan Stratton of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. four grandchildren also survive, Justin and Samuel Duncan, Dylon Lay and Isaac Grouse. She is preceded in death by her parents as well as one sister, Amanda Jean Earnheart.
Visitation for Debra will be Monday July 8, 2019 starting at 12:30 p.m. in the Fowler & Sons Funeral Home at Neelyville, Missouri with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in the Burger Cemetery in Qulin, Missouri.
